Senior Spotlight: Khyler Sturm
I will be attending Montana State University this fall to pursue my chemistry degree. I will also be working as an equipment manager for the football team. After this, I plan on attending graduate school to focus specifically on nuclear science.
Florence Carlton Middle School would like to thank our students' families for their generous donations and Officer Kopsa for helping keep us safe, which made our Earth Day Community Clean-Up event a huge success! As part of our school's April focus on volunteering and community service, we cleaned up litter near the baseball fields, along the walking path, along Old Highway 93, around campus, and along Highway 93. This event allowed our students to learn and practice environmental responsibility while making a meaningful impact on our local community, and we are so proud of our students for rising to the occasion! Way to go, FCMS!

Please join me in congratulating our journalism students representing the Florence Chronicle yesterday at the Montana High School Journalism Awards at the University of Montana.
To highlight this year's results, the Florence Chronicle earned 1st place in class for the Newspaper Pacesetter Award - the highest award a high school publication can earn - for the FOURTH consecutive year!
In addition, the Chronicle won 1st place in Newspaper Design for the 5th consecutive year.

After graduation, I am moving into an MSU dorm to start schooling in the radiology department and ultimately become an ultrasound technician. I look forward to managing Bobcat Football and to share a room with my best friends.

*If you are a parent of a currently enrolled FCSD student and have changes to your address, phone, email, etc. please submit these changes through your Campus Parent Portal by selecting, More, Address Information, Demographics or Family Information, not the online registration. Thank you

Senior Spotlight: Jett Murray
After graduation, I will be attending the University of Providence in Great Falls, where I will be working towards getting my degree in business management as well as continuing my wrestling career.
Fantastic weekend of jazz for the FCHS jazz band! They walked away with a well deserved "Runner Up" award in their division (school size). A 24 hr blitz of nonstop, jazz, 80 schools, intro to the university of Idaho, world-class musicians performing, great food & great fun!
The Falcon Golf Team helped out at the -15th annual Florence Easter Egg Hunt. Hiding some of the 14,000 eggs the community business's put together. What a morning. Florence Community Rocks.

I am attending college at the University of Montana to pursue an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Government. Afterward, I plan to attend Law School with the goal of becoming a lawyer. I also aim to continue my athletic career by playing club sports at the collegiate level, hoping to be recruited later in life.

After I graduate from high school, I will be going on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I will be going to the Kampala, Uganda mission and will be leaving on July 31st. After this, I will be going to BYU-Idaho.

After graduation, I will attend Montana State University to pursue a degree in Microbiology in the Pre-Veterinary track and Business. After completing my undergraduate degrees, I plan on attending Veterinary School outside of Montana.
