Tuesday October 29th, 2024. Concert: 7:00 PM MPR.

Come to the Key Club Haunted House!

Florence was well represented these last 2 days in Billings!! A wonderful All State concert tonight. Congrats to everyone involved!

And the orchestra musicians this afternoon! Hard at work

All State Band/Orchestra off to a great, bright & early start!

Thanks to all who attended our FAFSA/Scholarship and Supportive Strategies parent information workshops last night. We hope you found them informative and helpful!
Please note that tonight's "Supportive Strategies for Enhancing Student Behavior and Development" session has been relocated to the upstairs flex room in the elementary building. This session is open to all K-12 grade-level parents. The presentation has been changed to an open format, where parents can drop in and meet with the presenter for information. The presenter will be available from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM tonight. Feel free to stop by for some great book suggestions and strategies! If you require childcare for any of these presentations, our High School Key Club Students should be available with small activities in the "pit" area of the High School Library.

More shots of the band and cheer squad, rockin' the Griz parade

The FCHS Marching Band did a fantastic job in the Griz Parade this morning! So proud of them! THanks cheer squad for coming along to make us look & feel even more flashy!

A BIG thanks to Family Pharmacy in Stevensville for coming to US and offering Flu/Covid shots! It is a very nice service they provide vs our staff having to potentially miss work to get the care they need. Thanks Levi and staff!!!!

Please attend our FAFSA/Scholarship Information night with Reach Higher Montana on October 14th, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the HS Library.

FCHS Seniors participated in the state-wide College Application Week. This was an exciting opportunity for all Florence seniors to apply for FREE to the Montana University system of schools this week! Pictured are some of our seniors working on applications with Kristin Berger from the UM Bitterroot College in Mrs. Deschamps's classes and middle school students stopping at the MSU table to learn about their programs.

Kindergarten working on lines last week in STEAM. They made paper sculptures of their own design using different kinds of paper lines. We had rollercoasters, playgrounds, and all kinds of creations!

PARENTS! Check your emails. I sent out emails last week with those BEHIND on IMMUNIZATIONS. These are required BY LAW. Per law, your child(ren) may not be able to attend school if these are not completed ASAP.

AMAZING NEWS!! On our website, school store is now able to accept credit card for Breast Cancer Awareness Month shirts. You can do it from your phone or computer. This is just the beginning of Falcon Gear accepting CC. Wahooooo! Thank you Reba!
